Rather not do this every day?

On Crumbtrail's Social + reviews plan, we reply to every Google review for you, in your voice. Happy reviews get answered fast, and anything 1–3 stars comes to you for an OK first.

  • A reply to every Google review
  • 3–5 social posts a week, made from photos you, your staff or your customers send in (fewer photos means fewer posts, with tips and review posts filling gaps)
  • Customer photo uploads through your own QR code
  • Menu and hours kept in sync on Google, Yelp and your site

Getting replies right

Make it yours

These are starting points. Add one real detail, like the name of the barista or the special they tried, before you post. Specific beats generic.

Keep bad reviews calm

Thank them, say sorry once, and move the conversation offline. Don't argue facts in public, and don't post anyone's order or personal details.

Reply to the good ones too

A quick thank-you to happy customers shows people reading your reviews that someone's actually listening.

Questions

Is this really free?

Yes. No signup, no email, no limit. The replies are built from templates right in your browser, so nothing you paste is sent to us or anyone else.

How do I post a reply on Google?

Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile, search for your shop's name on Google or open Google Maps, find the review, and choose Reply. Google's own steps are in its Business Profile help article on reviews.

Can I use these on Yelp or Facebook?

Yes, the wording works anywhere. Yelp also lets owners send a private message instead of a public reply, which is often better for an unhappy customer.

What about a review that mentions someone getting sick?

Treat it as serious. Reach out to the customer privately and handle it directly. The tool will flag these and keep the public reply short and careful. It isn't legal advice.
